Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant

Dental terminology and skills are addressed with application and assessments
Chairside assistant protocol and clinical delivery are studied with mock scenarios
Name and identify dental instruments and armamentarium, and function of each
How to professionally meet, greet the patient, and dismiss the client
Telephone mannerisms and decor procedures for confirmation of office patient
Interview skills and resume development are addressed

Dental Laboratory Technician

Professionalism and attitude that promotes employability are addressed and studied
Select critical parts of the oral cavity are studied in reference to fabricate a dental prosthesis
Mock dental prostheses are fabricated from beginning to the end product
Introduction to machinery, tools, instruments and other armamentarium are identified with application
Important working terminology/definitions are addressed.
Verbal communication is stressed for exactness-peer to peer and, peer to dentist office
Interview skills and resume development are addressed

Robotics Introductory Training

Focus on skills at diagnosing, troubleshooting the problem
Maintenance of equipment
Introduction to basic important electrical schematic pathways
Introduction to electrical machine terminology and specific applications-mock scenarios
Mock scenarios are addressed in reference to actual models
